Who are we looking for?
At the moment we're recruiting near enough all classes and specs, we're currently looking to make the move up from 10 man to 25 man, so now is an excellent time to join as there will be many raid spots up for grabs.
What can we offer?
We have a pretty casual raiding schedule, usually 2 nights a week from 20:00 IGT to 00:00 IGT, this can be extended to 3 days if there's content to be cleared and people to clear it.
We provide cauldrons for flasks, but expect people to contribute to the mats needed to make them, as well as to always bring their own consumables, just in case.
Our loot system is a council based system, where guild need goes above individual epeen, with rolls where the benefit is considered similar.
So you want to apply?
All you have to do is make an application post in the recruitment forum, and be honest about everything, we do check your armory achievements.
Remember that skill > experience > gear, if you can demonstrate that you can follow orders and not suck then your gear isn't as important, a guy with a brain in heroic gear is better than a zombie in full epics. Gear comes and goes, skill is permanent.
